These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the aiarm.app website and the AI ARM waitlist page. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bytelgeuse Technical Solutions for Telecommunications and Information Technology, headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
By accessing the website or registering for the waitlist, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the website. You must be 18 years of age or older.
Service Description and Waitlist
AI ARM is a platform under development that uses artificial intelligence to analyze Arabic documents and deliver intelligent, air-gapped document intelligence. The website is currently in a pre-launch phase and allows waitlist registration only.
Registering for the waitlist does not guarantee early access to the application or any specific features, nor does it create any contractual obligation to deliver the service at a specific time. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the waitlist at any time.
User Obligations
By registering for the waitlist, you agree to: provide accurate and truthful information, use the website for lawful purposes only, not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website, and not use automated tools to collect data, transmit viruses, or publish offensive content.
Intellectual Property Rights
The website and its original content are the exclusive property of AI ARM (Bytelgeuse Technical Solutions for Telecommunications and Information Technology), including trademarks, designs, and content. No part may be copied or used without prior written permission. All rights are protected in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

To the extent permitted by law, AI ARM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or registration in the waitlist. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and the Anti-Cybercrime Law. The Commercial Courts in Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
